Scope of our quote & Exclusions

Scope of our Quotation
All quotations issued by S&S Metal Supply, LLC include the following components:

  • RFQ - Receive the Structural Drawings: Readable, analyze it and order take off.

  • Material Take-Off (MTO): Quantification of all structural elements based on the project’s drawings and specifications.

  • Shop Drawings: Detailed fabrication drawings prepared in accordance with applicable codes and standards (if requested).

  • Supply of Materials: Provision of certified structural steel products as specified.

  • Freight & Logistics: Packaging, handling, and delivery to the designated project site.

Exclusions

  • Installation Services: Erection and field installation are expressly excluded from our scope, as labor requirements and costs vary according to project complexity, site conditions, and contractor preferences.

Installer References
To support our clients, we provide a list of qualified third-party installation companies. Clients may request installation quotations directly from these firms and will contract and coordinate installation services independently of S&S Metal Supply, LLC.
